Maui by the Sea is a beautiful ocean view cottage located between Paia and Hookipa.  This two-story platation style cottage, offers a gorgeous view of the ocean, which you can enjoy on your private covered deck.  This 500 Sqr. Ft. cottage is surrounded by all kinds of Hawaiian tropical palnts; Bamboo, palm trees, gingers, heliconias and fruit trees.  The inside is cozy and high end. 

The cottage is 150ft from the ocean (access to the water is possible, however there is no beach, just a rocky shoreline...so please enter at your own risk).  Just 200 yards away from the cottage is a sandy beach, which has access for windsurfing, surfing and snorkeling.  Hookipa Beach Park is a few minutes away.

Depending on traffic you are about 5 minutes away from the historic town of Paia.  Here you will enjoy restaurants, coffee shops, an internet cafe, unique art galleries and boutiques.  Simmer Sails and Hi-Tech are also located here and a great surf shop call Hana Hwy Surf, where you can rent surfboards or boogie boards.
