The Tree House vacation Rental is located just outside the quaint old cowboy town of Makawao. The 100-year-old Banyan Trees landscapes the yard giving it a nice country feeling. Easy access to all Maui’s major sites add to the benefits of this location plus it is only an easy 20 minute drive to the Kahului Airport and only 6 miles from the internationally know north shore wind surfing Mecca and beaches of Paia. The property features views of the Haleakala Crater, the distant valley and Pacific Ocean. Just recently remodeled these are accommodations that will make you feel relaxed and at home. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi available for guests.

There is a one time out cleaning charge of $330.00 for the Plantation House.
Suites in the Plantation House are $185.00 - $ 220/night + tax + $30 Cleaning Fee, per night based on 2 people . All suites have a private entrance and kitchenette.
Bookings 90 days or more in advance require 5 night minimum.
Hibiscus: $185.00 + 13.42% tax / night based on two people / add $30.00 more a night for the third person (3 max). 2 Queen bed, ½ kitchen and phone, large sunny room
Gardenia: $185.00+13.42% tax / night based on two people / add $30.00 more a night for the third person (3 max.) 1 Queen bed, 1 twin bed, Full kitchen and phone, this cottage has a T.V./DVD. Most private...garden view from porch.
Plumeria: $175.00 + 13.42% tax / night based on two people / add $30.00 more a night for the third person (3 max.) 1 Queen bed and a twin bed and phone , view of banyan tree...disclosure, you do hear road noise from this cottage. You do have a partial ocean view.
Sue's Cottage: $220.00 + 13.42% tax / night based on two people / add $30.00 more a night per extra persons (4 max.) 2B/2B Queen bed, full size bed,½ kitchen and phone, garden view, handicap accessible.
All Cottages do have their own private bathroom, breakfast included, TV (Bamboo suite no TV), (Ipod Docking Station upon request). Common areas are the Pool / Jacuzzi and grounds and laundy facilities. Pick your own fruit that is in season and enjoy the big swing and hammocks .
Minimum stay: 5 night for reservations 90 days or more in advance
Cleaning Fee: $ 30.00 per suite or cottage, $ 40.00 cleaning for Sue's Cottage, Plantation House $330.00 for the whole house.
Minimum stay: for the Holiday Season (12/15 to 1/5) is 7 nights and 20% rate increase
