This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath luxury home is part of the Poipu Kai Resort. Guests have access to all the amenities such as a gated swimming pool and spa near the Poipu Beach Broiler, tennis for a reduced rate and 24 hour security on site that Poipu Kai has to offer. Located adjacent to the beautiful Hyatt Regency Hotel, this 2 story home is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. You'll find sweeping mountain and ocean views from the second floor living area, master bedroom suite and beautiful garden lanai complete with bougainvillea winding its way up the white trellis. The open entrance way, with its vaulted ceilings and large windows, lets in plenty of light and opens onto the 2 downstairs bedrooms. The koa railing staircase leads you to the upstairs living area and master bedroom suite.

300 yards to Shipwreck Beach, a great beach for experienced swimmers and surfers, it also offers hours of delightful sunbathing and beach combing for all ages. A 10 minute walk down the greenbelt to the west will bring you to Brennecke's Beach, famous for body surfing and Poipu Beach, perfect for swimming, (with a separate lagoon for your children), snorkeling, surfing and beach parties.

The main living area upstairs offers tastefully decorated warm, tropical tones with island-style bamboo furniture, a complete kitchen with all the modern appliances, koa cabinets and a breakfast bar. Small alcoves display select pieces of artwork. The master bedroom suite, complete with king size canopy bed, allows you to relax and enjoy views of Black Mountain and the blue Pacific ocean.
Downstairs you'll find the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, 1.5 baths and the laundry room. Extra linens, and beach towels are provided. No maid service. Enjoy the CD player, VCR, 2 cable TVs, and private phones. There is high speed internet access for those traveling with a laptop equipped with an Ethernet port. There are tropical breezes, and ceiling fans throughout to keep you cool; no A/C. Have fun barbecuing on the large lanai facing the ocean, playing tennis on the 9 courts of Poipu Kai, or in the pools or spa available to guests of this vacation home.
